Execute delivery and logistics activities in a position that will be aligned by mode ensuring on time shipment from the plants and on time delivery to the customer. Position will be responsible for day to day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any transportation delays, equipment challenges or other issues impacting on time delivery to the customer.
As a Customer Service, Order Management Representative (German Speaking) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your role ensures flawless order execution, drives process excellence, and strengthens collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX and IT.
Primary responsibility is to execute the daily transactions for Raw Materials/MRO– to ensure reliable supply of goods and services. Execution of purchase orders in SAP, maintenance of purchasing information records and other purchasing master data. Invoice discrepancy resolution, expediting, general purchasing activities. Fully competent professional, who possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a specific field in Procurement, (MRO/RAW Material) who can identify and implement cost saving and operational improvement opportunities.

Job Summary:
Celanese is seeking an accomplished EMEA Trade Compliance Specialist to drive operational and strategic trade initiatives across the region. Based in Budapest, this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to align compliance with business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in EU, UK and CH customs regulations and oversees customs operations in diverse EMEA jurisdictions.
This is a highly critical role within our Engineered Materials supply chain and requires someone with a unique array of skillsets ranging from strong business/commercial acumen, tech savviness, a strategic/process oriented mindset, with a mature and detailed understanding of end to end supply chain. Ideally this candidate has managed an SAP S4 HANA implementation from a supply chain standpoint and digital transformation projects involving SAP S4 HANA as the ERP.
