As a Customer Service, Order Management Representative (German Speaking) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.  Your role ensures flawless order execution, drives process excellence, and strengthens collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX and IT.

The Sales Incentive Program & Data Governance Expert is responsible for the implementation, execution, and control of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and the governance of SIP critical master data, acting as the functional bridge between the business and IT.
