The SIP & Master Data Governance Specialist is responsible for the implementation, execution, and control of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and the governance of SIP critical master data, acting as the functional bridge between the business and IT. The role interacts closely with commercial leaders to ensure accurate SIP setup and assessments and serves as the primary point of contact for guidance, questions, and escalations related to SIP execution.

The Marketing Communications & Campaign Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote Celanese products, solutions, and capabilities through broad, scalable digital reach and compelling storytelling. Working in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and other stakeholders, the role owns campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring clear objectives, strong narratives, and effective use of digital channels and modern content formats.
