    Responsibilities:

    Your responsibilities:

    • You will serve as a member of the Celanese EMEA HR Leadership Team and will provide overall direction in the development, communication and implementation of the Human Resources (HR) strategy, practices and programs for our EMEA Corporate Functions (including our Budapest Shared Services Center) and our Global Cellulose Derivatives business.
    • You will provide coaching, guidance and oversight in the areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development and Coaching in alignment and support of our Celanese business strategies and objectives.
    • You will work closely with senior business and regional leaders to support them in the successful execution of our business strategies, in a way that further cultivates our organizational culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion and a respectful workplace. This individual will also have accountability for driving strategic corporate initiatives across the EMEA region.
    • Accountable from an HR perspective for the EMEA Corporate Functions (including the Budapest Shared Service Center) and the Global Cellulose Derivatives business.
    • Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
    • Drive the people processes (performance management, leadership and talent development, and succession planning) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future needs of the business.
    • Leadership role in developing and executing effective Engagement Strategies across the EMEA region.

    Qualifications:

    Your qualifications

    • 7+ years prior experience managing high performing and data-driven RPO model recruitment function
    • Knowledge of all applicable recruiting and employment laws in Europe, including GDPR
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools and techniques and how to apply them
    • Interest in talent acquisition theories
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ICIMS preferred)
    • CRM and RPO experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and move things forward
    • Thrives in an agile and ever-changing environment
    • Ability to develop presentations in PowerPoint and manage and analyze data in Excel
    • Excellent English skills both verbal and written, local language is advantageous
    • Bachelors’ Degree
