    Currently we are looking for candidates for the following position:


    ManagerAssistant (Finance)


    As a Manager Assistant (Finance) you will be working in a communicative, international environment at Celanese. In this position you will be responsible assisting Finance Leads with the day-to-day administrative, operational tasks of the Finance Functions. Your administrative tasks will include general admin support for the leaders, managing/maintaining calendars and time sheets, taking ownership of managers’ meeting arrangements, administration of employees, reporting to leaders, expense reports.

    You will be preparing for visitors (in cooperation with Facilities), and manage their calendars if needed. You will provide support of communication requirements – prepare Power Point slides, co-operate among respective parties; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, following-up on them. You will coordinate between other admin functions e.g. IT (query); prepare support for conferences; and liaise with Celanese internal customers and arranging calls, meetings, etc.


    Ideally educated to BSc level, you will have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in (personal) assistance. You will need excellent communicational skills, ability to set priorities, hands-on attitude and the ability to solve problems in an efficient and fast way.


    You’ll also bring:

    • Fluent English skills
    • High level Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience within multinational environment is an advantage
    • Finance orientation / basic accounting or corporate finance knowledge is a plus
