    Continuous Improvement Specialist 

    Responsibilities:

     

    About the role

     

    As a Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be working in a communicative, international environment at Celanese. In this position you will be tasked with providing technical support (i.e. Macro programming, MS Office, SharePoint Portal, Scripting) and delivering automation based process improvement solutions to functions globally inside and outside of Shared Services. You will deploy your talents in delivering soft-skill and technical trainings globally which are required by the various functions. Your key responsibilities will also include turning process improvement ideas into solution plans being addressed through technical solution based automations (SAP script, SharePoint, VBA, Excel Macro, Outlook Macro, Custom reports).

     

     

    Qualifications:

    About the candidate

     

    Ideally educated to BSc level you will have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or other related role. Happy working autonomously and generating, prioritising and handling your own work, you’ve got the skills to work in a team as well.

    You’ll also bring:

    • Good spoken and written English language skills
    • Strong technical skills - especially MS Excel
    • 1-2 years SSC functional experience is an advantage
    • SharePoint portal and Visual Basic for Applications programming experience is an advantage
    • Demonstrates customer focus
    • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience in an advantage
    • Ability to communicate at all levels
    • Good presentation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in an international environment
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong analytical skills
