    Talent Development

    • Foster an attractive and effective offering for the Budapest Shared Service Center (BSSC) along the full employee development cycle (from onboarding to exit processes)
    • Leverage the global and regional knowhow in the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness organization to foster engagement and retention in the context of the BSCC
    • Ensure the further development of leadership capabilities on all levels as a special focus area
    • Provide excellent customer support to our internal customers as well as develop and coordinate all learning requirements for identified employees and provide an excellent experience for our new applicants throughout the recruitment process
    • Lead the internal talent identification process


    Talent Acquisition

    • Actively participate in employer branding activities and thought leader on TA Process Improvement
    • Be a (strategic) partner to create a strong RPO partnership for BBSC
    • Help build best-in-class hiring candidates’ experience for BSSC
    • Train interviewing skills for hiring managers


    • 7+ years experience in HR, either in Talent Development and/or Talent Acquisition
    • Experience in Learning and Development
    • College/University Degree within HR/Business Administration.
    • Experience in Employer branding
    • Fluent in both oral and written English as well as Hungarian
    • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
    • Ability to assess skills gaps and evaluate the effectiveness of a training intervention
    • Accreditation to use personality/skill gap assessment tests
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
    • Experience and able to work in a fast paced, complex and changing environment
    • Solid project management skills
