    Currently we are looking for candidates for the following position:


    Supply Chain Deliver Senior Specialist OPEX


    As an SCD Operational Excellence (OPEX) Sr. Specialist you will be working in a communicative, international environment at Celanese. In this position you will be responsible for supporting global and/or regional initiatives for Supply Chain Deliver, and may also lead and/or participate in  process and system improvements to gain productivity and efficiencies. This position will manage the regional Supply Chain Deliver OPEX team.

    You will also have the following responsibilities:

    • Implementing strategic initiatives within the Celanese Order to Cash (“O2C”) SAP system and business processes for customer service.
    • Work cross functionally and with internal and/or external resources as required to define scope and objectives of projects
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
    • Provide subject matter expertise, support, and training
    • Driving productivity improvements, harmonization and sustainability
    • Driving all SCD business processes toward global standardization for all O2C business processes
    • Assessing the company’s risk for process changes
    • Troubleshooting, resolving and documenting system issues
    • Providing technical assistance and training to super users and end users
    • Performing system tests and validating process modifications
    • Defining and documenting new business processes and best practices
    • Coaching, mentoring and conducting training sessions
    • Serving as liaison between Operations Team and IT Team for O2C system issues
    • Other duties/activities as assigned



    Ideally educated to BSc/MSc level in Business you will have 3-5 years of Project Management experience. You will need demonstrable ability of advanced analytical skills, strong leadership skills, effective organizational and time management skills, ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational level and gain support.

    You’ll also bring:

    • Fluent English skills
    • Supply Chain/Order to Cash/Customer Service Knowledge
    • Advanced Order to Cash SAP ERP knowledge
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
