    Currently we are looking for candidates for the following position:

     

    IT Consultant (HR Systems)

    Responsibilities:

    As an IT Consultant HR System you will be working in a communicative, international environment at Celanese. In this position you will be tasked with assisting HR team members with technical issues related to SAP/SuccessFactors. You will deploy your talents in providing transactional support which includes responding to data correction requests, mass data updates in response to business changes/requirements and data loads related to acquisitions, large changes and other business processes. Your key responsibilities will also include participating in the review, testing and implementation of SuccessFactors system upgrades, refresh, patches or HR system configuration projects and enhancements. You will be also in regular contact with business, functional and technical staff.

    Qualifications:

    Ideally educated to BSc level you will have at least 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors/SAP from the admin side. Happy working autonomously and generating, prioritising and handling your own work, you’ve got the skills to work in a team as well.
