    Responsibilities:

    Purpose and Summary of position:

     

    The Customer Service Associate will support the Americas Customer Service team for all business, providing support to a team of Customer Service Representatives, Specialists, and Team Leads.

     

    Activities will include:

    • Sales order entry and management
    • Customer master data management
    • Order status management in Order Cockpit
    • Order tracking and tracing with Logistics
    • KPI metrics and reporting
    • Quality Notification entry
    • Supply Chain project assistance
    • Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Planning/Scheduling, Logistics, and Finance

    Qualifications:

    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    Preferred for external hires: Bachelor’s Degree with a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related emphasis

     

    • Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
    • Ability to build relationships
    • Team player
    • Ability to handle stressful situations  
    • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
    • Positive attitude and aptitude to handle change – including ability to manage quickly shifting priorities based on customer needs
    • Advanced time management skills and ability to self-manage incoming requests and demands based on deadlines and business/customer requirements
    • MS Office skills

     

    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Familiarity with ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
    • Solid MS Excel skills
    • Previous Supply Chain or customer service experience

     

    Required Years Experience:

     

    • 2 years

     

    Required Education:

     

    • High School Diploma
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
