Purpose and Summary of position
Responsible for supporting perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash processes to ensure customer satisfaction, yet the responsibility of interacting with the external customers stays within CAR role. Order to cash includes pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance.
Perform the diversified customer pricing applications in SAP including price entry, price changes, maintenance of list pricing and execute mass price changes.
Supporting perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required. (Order Types: Trades, Exchanges, Conversions, Purchases, VOI, Export, Domestic, Returns, Debits, Credits)Order execution support for customers (CAS, CAR). Maintain key internal relationships with TLs and various teams within the organisation.Support preventive and corrective action in personal area of influence and competence.Create and maintain customer master information in SAP Process sample requests by following responsible CAR guidelines and approvals.Perform routine office functions, such as filing, copying, faxing, and supply maintenance, as requiredWork with CS teams to ensure process accuracy and timeliness.
Process billing related adjustments (return, credit/debits.)Supporting the Quality Notification process by receiving customer complaint, and entering into SAP/QM. Support swift resolvement of the complaints.
Responsible for supporting all customer queries and requests for product literature, reports, paperwork, quality and product stewardship information(without direct interaction with the customer).Ensure compliance of department to safety targets, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, regulatory compiling of the relevant data and documentation.Perform various administrative tasks
