    Your responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing and executing the regional/global demand plan for the required business lines enabling CE EM to meet its sales objectives
    • Designs and generates weekly and monthly forecasts (up to 24 months) for assigned product lines in collaboration with the commercial team and establishes and utilizes best practices in creating forecasts to drive forecast accuracy
    • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the next level of operational excellence in terms of demand planning e.g. APO DP integration projects, statistical forecasting etc
    • Leads the monthly pre-demand and demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process
    • Prepares, reports, and communicates forecast to management (e.g. forecast accuracy, bias, etc.)
    • Devises new creative ways to manage and measure accuracy of pipeline volumes (NPI)
    • Monitors SKU levels and recommends SKU rationalization initiatives in close cooperation with regional product managers
    • Maintains forecasts in APO DP and adapts statistical forecasts/modelling requirements to the SKUs’ sales patterns
    • Other duties e.g. project work, M&A integration etc
    • Interacts with and challenges sales colleagues on the monthly delivered forecasts to provide a best in class demand plan for the required business lines
    • Liaises closely with the supply teams to align on possible supply constraints requiring the re-evaluation of the demand plan



    Your profile:

    • Formal supply chain and demand planning knowledge
    • Excellent understanding of demand planning concepts and methodologies
    • Excellent analytical abilities & proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Can align with the regional business and plant level strategy and is able to translate that down to planning the supply chain
    • Can quickly and concisely state the problem (at the executive level) and identify root cause and solutions
    • Customer-focused and results-oriented
    • Can communicate at all levels (including the leadership levels)
    • Demonstrated creative problem-solving experience, effective risk mitigation and proven change leader
    • Strong presentation skills to be able to present in key meetings and drive the S&OP process
    • Strong leadership & influencing skills
    • Knows ERP concepts (demand, supply, MRP)
    • Good SAP APO DP skills
    • SAP or other ERP systems
    • BI (Business Data Warehouse)
    • Excel
    • Powerpoint
    • Fluent English
    • Supply Chain Certifications (APICS: CPIM, CSCP)
    • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Lean certification
    • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
