    Position Summary:

    • Managing the company reception area by greeting and helping orientation of visitors, employees and handling correspondence and calls


    Areas of Responsibility:

    • Act as first point of contact for visitors and guests to the BBSC
    • Responsible for updating the welcome packages for the guests
    • Operate the telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls
    • Handle incoming and outgoing post and currier
    • First contact for the main reception
    • Order taxi vouchers and taxi cards, maintain taxi voucher register
    • Set up and maintain global video conference calls
    • Handle Celanese customs
    • Prepare badge for new employees; taking photo of newcomers; activate, deactivate badges
    • Print out and register office catering requests
    • Handle the Celanese library
    • Order fruits on a weekly basis
    • Responsible for mobile projectors reservation system
    • Archive the shipment documents
    • Update the slides on the monitors in the kitchens
    • Update wall boards
    • Act as back-up for Facility Coordinator
    • Any other tasks as required by the Operations Lead



    • Fluent English and Hungarian, any other language knowledge is a big asset
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar, front-office role
    • University/College degree is nice to have, but it is not a must
    • MS Excel, Word, Power Point knowledge is desirable
    • Friendly, enthusiastic and positive character
    • Proactive, multitasking personality
    • Ability to prioritize
