    • Raw material scheduling for a batch production environment

    - Ensure reliable execution of supply plans at detailed level to match customer demand
    - Ensure service-level & inventory targets are met
    - Ensure communication and escalation process for imbalances of supply and demand
    - Define & establish processes to optimize sequencing of production lines / production wheels


    • Project Management

    Identify & realize productivity improvement opportunities within Supply Chain

    • Leading the local team of schedulers

    - Provide direction and guidance to production schedulers
    - Enhance employee engagement

    - Develop and execute robust Personal Development Plans for team members


    • University degree in business administration, supply chain or a similar field of study
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in batch manufacturing environment, preferably in compounding
    • Demonstrated people management experience
    • Advanced knowledge of SAP MRP, P, PI, and Excel
    • Good communication & collaboration skills
    • Project management skills; Six Sigma and/or Lean desirable
    • APICS certification would be a plus
    • Fluent written & spoken English and Italian
