• Responsible for perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash process to deliver customer satisfaction
• Order to cash may include pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance, complaint handling



  • Ensure perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required (Order Types include:  Trades, Exchanges, Conversions, Purchases, VOI, Export, Domestic, Returns, Debits, Credits)
  • Work closely with sales management for billing adjustments
  • Create credit and debit notes, initiates returns and quality notifications
  • Proactively monitors open orders to avoid issues
  • Key order execution contact for internal/external customers and/or service providers.
  • Support Sales Representatives and Business Line Managers with Sales Data analysis, report requests and customer follow-up
  • Perform the diversified customer pricing applications in SAP       
  • Regular contact with third party service providers (i.e. Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Terminal/Warehouses, Vendors)                                                                                                
  • Document and follow up of internal and external complaints
  • Where necessary, support sales representatives and business line managers with sales data analysis, report requests and customer follow-up



  • College or university degree or studies in progress/fresh graduates
  • Fluent English and German is mandatory
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer facing role
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Result oriented personality
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking
  • Team player attitude
