  • Responsibilities:

    Support the office move project with the following tasks:

      • Organize and supervise the onsite repair work of the office furniture

      • Schedule the timeframe of the repair work for the departments

      • Support the Operations Lead in the preparation of the physical move of the furniture and the workstations to the new building (plan for labeling, floorplan, common areas)

      • Organize necessary meeting room furniture rearrangement

      • After the move assess and collect the number and type of the remaining furniture  and support the Project Team in the old furniture sale

      • Any other ad hoc tasks required by the Operations Lead



    • Prepare the Facility services team’s documents for archiving

    • Check and review the validity of the current contracts, collect data of the conditions of any changes or termination



    • Ongoing university or college studies (full-time student status)
    • English language knowledge

    • Reliable, responsible

    • Customer focus

    • Problem solving

    • Precision, ability to priorize

    • Microsoft word, Excel
