  • P&L accountability; drive growth and profitability through Product line Management by cascading in-year financial and volume targets (i.e. sub region, customer grouping) and optimizing volume/product allocations on a monthly / quarterly basis;
  • Manage price realization by setting price targets, monitoring and interacting with Sales for executing pricing incl. increase announcements for area of responsibility and communicating pricing trends, price increases / justifications and other information to key relationship stakeholders
  • Identify incremental value add opportunities by utilizing analytics
  • Develop product strategies and drive execution by utilizing all company functions
  • Determine market share, capacity utilization, market trends
  • Implement new and modified pricing tools and processes in region
  • Deliver on Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and actively participate in budget and supply/demand meetings
  • Surfaces project ideas for cost initiatives with plant, sourcing and supply chain


  • University degree in technical or commercial field
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management, procurement, supply chain or sales experience; preferably, but not necessarily with Engineering Plastics
  • Ability to successfully implement P&L decisions across organizational boundaries
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
  • Strong conflict management skills and results orientation
  • Business Acumen
  • Fluent in English
