  • Lead the talent acquisition processes to implement talent strategies, navigate and resolve issues
  • Act as a talent acquisition subject matter expert on recruiting practices and talent planning decisions
  • Drive talent strategies by consulting HR and business leaders on industry and market specifics
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Director on job posting optimization, job board procurement, and employment marketing
  • Oversee the RPO team including their results, scorecard, and KPI/SLA metrics management
  • Oversee executive recruitment, employee referral, and trade school/university relations programs
  • Manage departmental budget and vendor relationships to achieve staffing goals while keeping in line with financial objectives
  • Oversee new hire onboarding process
  • Manage applicant tracking system tools and develop, analyze and report on recruitment metrics


  • At least a Bachelor´s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting leadership role
  • Prior experience managing high performing and data driven recruiting teams
  • Knowledge of employment and recruiting related laws within EMEA
  • Passion for consistently delivering excellence to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, both strategic and tactical planning ability
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate challenges quickly and efficiently
  • High degree of accuracy, precision, and organization
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
