Responsibilities:

  • Balance the short term and long term supply plans for the assigned engineered materials product line globally
  • Operationalize the global business strategy in terms of supply, demand, and inventory
  • Drive the resolution of planned capacity to required capacity gaps in production
  • Forecast raw material consumption and ensure alignment of raw materials purchasing plan with up to 24 month rolling forecast
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex supply issues
  • Optimize inventory and validate stocking strategy
  • Manage projects i.e. M&A integration, tool implementation etc.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or in a comparable field of study, MBA desired
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supply planning in a complex international environment
  • Supply Chain Certifications (APICS: CPIM, CSCP) and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean certification would be beneficial
  • Strong skills in ERP systems coupled with knowledge of ERP concepts (demand, supply, MRP)
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience, effective risk mitigation
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated presentation skills to be able to present in key meetings and drive the S&OP process
  • Excellent analytical abilities & proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills in English
