Location: Castel Goffredo

  • Conducting EHS process audits and inspections at the production site
  • Identifying, recommending and developing improvements to contribute to the safety at the site
  • Ensuring that the production site runs in compliance with corporate and site policies
  • Assisting site EHS manager in the day-to-day EHS related activities
  • Supporting development and implementation of EHS programs to ensure full compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Providing guidance to the staff at the site with regards to EHS topics
  • Promoting safety culture at the site and preparing, planning, and conducting EHS training sessions for employees  at the site  
  • Recording and maintaining EH&S documentation


  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science or in a related field of study 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the EHS field in a manufacturing environment  
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical problem-solving techniques
  • Proficient skills and effective use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • RSPP/ASPP certification would be a benefit
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts would be of benefit
