Responsibilities:

 

  • Grow Celanese’s revenue and variable margin at existing accounts in Scandinavia and selected Global Key Accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities at exisiting and new accounts through new projects
  • Meet budgeted sales targets
  • Work with demand planner to ensure customer demand forecasting accuracy
  • Develop appropriate strategies and strategic planning for successful development of customer relationships
  • Lead and implement account strategies and plans
  • Work closely with other Celanese internal functions (P&L, Portfolio Development and Pipeline Execution, Customer Service, Logistics, R&D) to ensure Celanese business meets customers ‘on-time delivery, service, and quality needs

Qualifications:

  •                                                           
  • Degree in either Chemistry, Engineering or Business Administration   
  • 5-7 years of sales experience and solid understanding of automotive and industrial market needs  
  • Network in the automotive and industrial business segments
  • Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers and bosses
  • Skillful negotiator
  • Comfortable with IT tools like MS Outlook, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint & Customer Applications Systems
  • Fluent in Swedish & English (any additional language seen as a plus)
