The Senior IT Service Management Analyst will be part of the IT team in Budapest and will collaborate with the Service Management team members globally in planning and controlling the IT AOP.
Responsible for AOP development, requisitioning, purchase & renewal tracking, forecasting, asset capitalization /retirements and monitoring the overall health of the IT AOP.
Work with the Sr. Manager to develop operational as well as modelling reports for the Sr. Directors and CIO.
Responsible for providing financial oversight for IT Strategic projects and guidance for IT program /project managers with tracking project financials.
Interact with the BP&A, Finance, Fixed Assets, and A/P teams when neccessary.
This role will also serve a strategic function in assisting the Sr. Manager improve the efficiceny of the current Service Management processes and streamline spending/requisitioning processes.
