Responsibilities:

Purpose and Summary of position:

  • Executes projects (application only) based on clearly defined expectations, including project management and administration, but also data analysis and process mapping/improvement
  • Works with supervisor to define/refine the scope of projects (timeline, key milestones, and budget)
  • Identifies resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycle.
  • Monitor project plan by reviewing design, specifications and schedule with supervisor
  • Manages project costs & approvals for spend
  • Escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Beginner overview of the multiple functions that interface with the program (Sales, T&I, Supply Chain, Legal, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.)
  • Beginner knowledge of EM business lines, products and supply chain processes: strengths and weaknesses
  • Ability to identify difficult issues/engage supervisor
  • Good communication skills (listen and presenting)
  • Exhibits project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Possesses energy and the drive to finish projects - initiates with a high level of direction

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Overview of the multiple functions that interface with the program (Sales, T&I, Supply Chain, Legal, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of EM business lines, products and supply chain processes: strengths and weaknesses
  • Some experience in business case development and decision making
  • Ability to address difficult issues/engage appropriate stakeholders
  • Communication skills (listen and presenting)
  • Can influence without formal authority
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Possesses courage, energy and the drive to finish projects
