Work place: Milan 

  • Manage existing customer portfolio
  • Deploy a major prospection initiative to position new products on applications with strong potential
  • Work upstream with customers and marketing teams to establish future market expectations
  • Develop a network of customer contacts with ties to decision-makers and carry out lobbying actions at a high level
  • Develop, build, and organize a personalized sales account strategy in agreement with the Sales Director
  • Make regular visits to customers and prospects according to the development axes defined 
  • Establish technical solutions that meet customer and prospect needs
  • Manage sales negotiations


  • Degree in chemistry, plastics engineering or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in the sales of technical products
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of engineering resin related applications, markets and customers
  • Experience in TPE would be of benefit 
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, both internally and at customer sites
  • Strong communicator with influencing skills 
  • Native Italian, fluent in English; fluent in German is a plus
