  • Support Integration of new supply chain activities mainly in Italy and Germany
  • Oversee and manage all supplier relationships within the mode of transport/service
  • Deploy standardized procedures to qualify new service providers
  • Facilitate TMS Vendor set up and communication between 3rd party vendor and Celanese
  • Monitor service providers’ performance to drive improvements
  • Support tendering process (RFQ’s) and manage smooth implementation
  • Participate to network optimization initiatives
  • Work cross functionally to understand business objectives and challenges, and create aligned logistics strategies
  • Contribute and drive costs Improvement initiatives
  • Participate in Customer Satisfaction projects


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or in Business Administration
  • Preferable experience in logistics or procurement in the chemical/plastics sector
  • Understanding of basic supply chain/logistics concepts would be a plus
  • Experience in multinational and complex business environment
  • Curious and energetic team player
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Able to cope with complexity and think strategically
  • Solid Italian language skills and fluent English
