Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing demand plan in order to meet sales objectives
  • Designing and generating weekly and monthly forecasts in collaboration with sales teams and customers directly
  • Driving the monthly demand review process as part of the S&OP
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives in the demand planning arena
  • Establishing and utilizing best practices in creating forecasts to drive forecast accuracy
  • Preparing, reporting, and communicating forecast to management
  • Monitoring SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in close cooperation with business representatives
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the next level of operational excellence in terms of demand planning e.g. APO DP integration projects, statistical forecasting etc
  • Devising new creative ways to manage and measure accuracy of pipeline volumes (NPI)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management preferable or Business or Engineering degree  
  • Excellent understanding of demand planning concepts and methodologies
  • Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement, planning, supply chain management
  • Ability to align with the regional business stakeholders 
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to present in key meetings and drive the S&OP process
  • Knowledge of ERP concepts (demand, supply, MRP)
  • Good APO DP skills and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in BI (Business Data Warehouse)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English 
  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, Lean certification desirable
