  • A challenging role, in which you
    1. work closely with the business in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy,
    2. provide creative, yet clear and practical legal expertise and guidance,
    3. draft, review, and negotiate standard and non-standard documentation, including high-value contracts, mainly in English,
    4. ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures and
    5. assist in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes.

  • Master’s degree in Law coupled with 4 - 8 years relevant working experience, gained in an international and dynamic environment, preferably in a law firm
  • Proven experience in general contract law, especially commercial (international) contracts
  • Proven experience in ensuring the protection of the company’s interest and quality standard with regard to all legal documents and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal confidently and effectively across the organization
  • Creative mindset and able to translate commercial ideas into sound legal frameworks and documents
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and another European language (preferably French or Italian).
