Responsibilities:

  • Supporting development of global compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs in Europe
  • Monitoring trends in the regional market to continually evaluate and enhance programs
  • Review proposed salary adjustments
  • Make recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures
  • Support M&A with the focus on comparison of existing salary and benefits structure and alignment within the existing Celanese structure
  • Perform complex data analysis and reporting from various HR systems and deliver appropriate reporting and analytical solutions for the business

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in a compensation and/or benefits function in a multinational company
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a global, cross functional team environment
  • Business-minded and analytical with good project management skills
  • Exposure to reporting systems and databases with a preferred focus on SAP / SuccessFactors skills
  • Strong MS Office skills required (Excel essential)
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
