Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key business partner with all organizational functions to lead medical projects
  • Lead the projects to successful completion in a timely manner and within budget
  • Escalate obstacles in a timely manner to ensure on time execution of the project - gaining consensus and approval on any changes to the schedule or value expected
  • Create and validate business cases for milestone projects
  • Bring expertise, industry intelligence, and network to assist in enhancing and accelerating the medical strategy
  • Use project management tools to define and refine the project scope, timeline, key milestones, and budget

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. in technical or business field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, in technical, business or operations role in a complex environment
  • Project Management certification preferable
  • Exposure to engineered materials in medical applications desirable
  • Skilled in business case development and decision making
  • Strong presentation skills and skilled at setting priorities
  • Ability to influence people and lead them to a common goal
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
