Responsibilities:

There are several internship opportunities available at our company in 2017. Apply and join us as an intern if you would like to use your language skills on a daily basis and gather relevant experience in a truly multinational environment while you are studying. Accounts Payable:

  • The Accounts Payable Intern position will give you an introduction to learn how to process and set up various types of invoices for payment, how to track expenses and process expense reports and how to resolve vendor issues.

 

Accounts Receivable:

  • The Accounts Receivable intern is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of company receivables, maintaining 3rd party trade and non-trade receivables and performs internal reporting.  This position interfaces with customers relating to billing and past-due receivable issues.  

 

Supply Chain:

  • The Supply Chain intern is responsible for supporting perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Order to cash includes: pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance.

 

Business Planning & Analysis:

  • As a Junior Financial Analyst (intern) you will get an insight on the preparation of the annual budget and will be required to assist and perform data compilation and analysis.


Human Resources:

  • As an intern at the HR department you will be responsible for providing both HR specific and general administrative support. 

Qualifications:

  • Full-time student status is required (Bachelor's or Master's studies)
  • Good command of English language; any other language is a plus
