Overview:

The Supply Chain Senior Manager leads EMEA supply planning activities to ensure reliable product availability and optimal inventory performance for our Engineered Materials Business Unit. This strategic role works closely with Business, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to develop and execute supply plans that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Lead the Regional Planning organization to ensure material availability while balancing cost, inventory, and customer service objectives.
  • Facilitate regional S&OP reviews and provide recommendations to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align supply plans with business requirements.
  • Manage planning risks, supply constraints, and inventory performance across the region.
  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of planning systems, processes, and master data standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve planning effectiveness and operational results.
  • Develop planning capabilities and ensure continuity of critical planning activities and roles.
  • Ensure regional planning processes are executed in alignment with Principal Operating Company (POC) standards, governance requirements, and business processes.
  • Support internal, external, and customer audits by maintaining planning processes and documentation in accordance with applicable quality management system requirements, including ISO and IATF standards where applicable.

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
  • Experience leading planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing regional and/or multi-site planning activities.
  • Experience working in SAP planning environments.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems preferred (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity & Agility.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Chemical, specialty materials, or process manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting POC governance requirements and quality management systems, including ISO/IATF environments, preferred.
