Overview:

The SC OPEX Advanced Specialist is responsible for supporting global and/or regional initiatives to improve Customer Experience quality & cost-to-serve.  This role may lead and/or participate in global projects to improve system and process effectiveness, including end-user training.  This position may also lead and/or participate in process and system improvement to gain productivity & efficiency.  SC OPEX Advanced Specialists may specialize in Customer Services or Logistics & Distribution, and may be responsible for regional SC OPEX team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics & Distribution
  • Order-to-Deliver process
  • Intermediate knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash process
  • Advanced application of project management & change management skills
  • Successful leadership & completion of regional projects or process improvements
  • Systematic & end-to-end approach to problem-solving
  • Numerate & analytical
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP system & SD module is an advantage
