Team & Work Environment:

Join our diverse 17-person DACH customer service team—a vibrant mix of professionals from their mid-twenties to mid-forties who enjoy collaborating, celebrating successes, and participating in community initiatives. Our team organizes seasonal parties for employees' children and actively engages in charity events. With our flexible hybrid model (3 days remote, 2 days in our modern Budapest office), you'll enjoy both collaborative teamwork and independent working from home.

Responsibilities:

Your Role:

  • Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers, managing their orders from placement to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments through emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and finance teams
  • Process orders and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain customer data and handle pricing applications in SAP
  • Process returns and billing adjustments
  • Document and follow up on customer feedback
  • Support sales teams with data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

  • Fluent German and intermediate English language skills
  • College/university degree
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude with empathy and customer focus
  • Accountability and ownership mentality

Ideal Backgrounds:

  • Recent graduates eager to start their career in an international environment
  • Professionals transitioning from hospitality, tourism, or education
  • Individuals with 1-2 years experience in customer service (call centers, sales support, IT support, order management)
