We are looking a German speaker Customer Service Specialist for our office in Budapest. 

 

Find below a position summary:

 

  • Responsible for perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash process to deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Order to cash may include pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance, complaint handling.
  • Develop project initiatives and personal leadership skills in order to be innovative and serve as a mentor and department ambassador.  Provide support during conflict management and help the team with a positive attitude.  Act as a mentor for the team and help the Customer Service team with additional responsibilities as mutually agreed on by the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required (Order Types include:  Trades, Exchanges, Conversions, Purchases, VOI, Export, Domestic, Returns, Debits, Credits).
  • Maintain key internal relationships; including marketing, sales, supply chain planning, ship points, product management, credit, financial shared services, and procurement.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Customer Service Management as mutually agreed on
  • Document and follow up of internal and external complaints, and make sure corrective action is applied to eliminate future happening.
  • Where necessary, support business line managers with sales data analysis, report requests and customer follow-up
  • Independently develop and participate on projects from concept to completion.
  • Seek for opportunities to help people to achieve their goals providing constructive feedback and encouragement to those around that may benefit from the knowledge.
  • Coach Team Members in case new process implemented or their knowledge should be shared or developed.

Daily tasks:

  • Support CS Management with Reporting activities.
  • Support CS Management with Month End Close activities.
  • Support CS Management with Sales event organization.
  • Initiate Process improvements.
  • Support  Allocation issues.
  • Support Consignment descrepancies.
  • Focus on CS Root Cause Analysis.
  • Monitor Clean Desk Policy.
  • Monitor Cyphone usage and lost call report.

Qualifications:

You Will Bring:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain field, like O2C, sales support, order processing, customer service and logistics operation.
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Has a deep knowledge of SAP transactions and functionality.
  • Understands and adheres to the procedures at high level, works on proposing changes.
  • Can easily build relationships.
  • Is able to communicate effectively with other Departments’, understands their process flows and the interactions with them.
  • Analyzing mindset, reporting skills.
  • Mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Willingness to help, support, develop others.
  • Approachability.
