Are you ready to lead a high-performing customer service team at a global chemistry innovator? At Celanese, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader to join our Budapest Business Solutions center.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead and develop a talented team delivering exceptional order management services to global customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and optimize the order-to-cash process
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards while meeting performance targets
  • Develop your team through coaching, training, and career development support

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

 

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of customer service, logistics or supply chain experience in a multinational environment
  • Positive thinking and quick decision making
  • Strong process improvement mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Fluency in German is an advantage.
