Overview:

A Quality management Specialist independently manages quality projects, both site-specific and supra-regional, collaborates with stakeholders from other functions – production, supply chain, sales, commercial, stewardship, etc.; understands and responds to various quality aspects and issues, as well as end-user requirements.

 

 

Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

 

- Support of (quality-related) improvement processes. Overseeing/coordinating the analysis and management of corrective actions.

 

- Participation in and leadership of task force teams in escalation scenarios. Both in the production environment and in direct customer contact. 

 

- Internal audits, supporting the preparation and execution of certification audits. 

 

- Preparation and analysis of quality statistics.

 

- Conducting trainings.

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:

 

- The position holder influences new or changing guidelines and improvements in the field of quality (work is mostly independent within the framework of minimal guidelines)

 

- Analytical skills and problem solving mindset (different, complex problems are solved using one's own judgment based on deep/broad expertise and experience in the area of Quality)

 

- Good communication skills to obtain diverse information from different interfaces and process (complex matters are communicated clearly and examined from different perspectives to initiate changes)

 

- Quality improvement projects experience, in collaboration with Legal, Product Stewardship, QM management, and process experts. Suppliers, customers from various regions.


- Detailed knowledge of quality management according to various standards is a plus.

 

- Customer oriented personality. Broad understanding of customer requirements are an integral part of supporting our customer business. 

 

- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
