Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end raw material planning, balancing supply, demand, and inventory to maximize business performance
  • Collaborate across functions (Procurement, Logistics, Business Management) to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that balance cost, service levels, and strategic imperatives
  • Maintain critical planning parameters and provide forecasting expertise to procurement teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory management and supply chain resilience

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in supply chain planning, raw materials management, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, GIB tools, and advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and Italian
  • Experience with MRP scheduling and advanced planning solutions (JDA/Blue Yonder a plus)
