Overview:

An Order Management Specialist E2E is responsible for perfect end-to-end order fulfillment within the order to cash process to ensure on-time shipment and deliver customer satisfaction. The role includes both customer service and logistics tasks in various shipping modes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction in the Redispersible Powders business.
  • Cover own client portfolio as key transactional contact for customers and maintain a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant / warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
  • Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances.
  • Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints.
  • Recommend process improvement including investigation of quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures.
  • Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Order Management experience.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain 
  • Fluent English.
  • German knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong, decided personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer focus.
  • SAP knowledge.
