Are you ready to lead a high-performing customer service team at one of the world's leading chemical companies? At Celanese, we're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive excellence in our customer service operations for our innovative emulsion products.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead and develop a talented team of Customer Service Representatives ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and optimize order fulfillment
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining service excellence
  • Implement best practices in order management and customer relationship management
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives enhancing our customer experience

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience; experience in manufacturing or chemical industries are an advantage
  • Fluent English and German communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong SAP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • High school or Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience (business, supply chain, or related field preferred)

  • Quick decison making skills
