Are you ready to lead a high-performing customer service team at one of the world's leading chemical companies? At Celanese, we're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive excellence in our customer service operations for our innovative emulsion products. Fluent German Language Skills are mandatory, as in this role you would closely work together with German stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead and develop a talented team of Customer Service Representatives ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and optimize order fulfillment
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining service excellence
  • Implement best practices in order management and customer relationship management
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives enhancing our customer experience

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience; experience in manufacturing or chemical industries are an advantage
  • Fluent English and German communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong SAP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • High school or Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience (business, supply chain, or related field preferred)

  • Quick decison making skills
