Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Your scope includes:

  • Pricing administration
  • Order entry
  • Billing coordination
  • Collections
  • Problem resolution
  • Complaint handling
  • Master data maintenance

Responsibilities:

🔍 Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure perfect order fulfillment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Act as the key transactional contact for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
  • Apply diversified pricing applications and process billing adjustments (returns, credit/debits).
  • Document and follow up on internal and external complaints.
  • Support sales representatives and managers with sales data analysis, reporting, and customer follow-up.

Qualifications:

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • College/University degree.
  • Fluent German and English (both written and spoken).
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and accountability.
  • Open-minded and solution-oriented.
