Transform our external manufacturing operations and directly impact our bottom line through strategic planning and optimization of our global toll manufacturing network.

Your Strategic Impact:

  • Lead end-to-end external manufacturing scheduling strategy across European operations
  • Drive capacity optimization that delivers annual efficiency improvements
  • Develop long-range production forecasts that ensure business continuity and growth
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex supply challenges

Responsibilities:

What You will do

 

  • Design and implement strategic supply plans aligned with business objectives
  • Optimize capacity utilization across external manufacturing networks
  • Manage critical material flow and inventory levels between Celanese and tollers
  • Lead SAP transaction execution ensuring timely product movement
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet customer demands
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tool

Qualifications:

What You will bring

 

  • 5-7 years in supply chain, logistics, or material planning (3+ years in planning roles)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Advanced SAP expertise and Excel modeling skills
  • Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities in complex manufacturing environments
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent German and English communication skills
  • Chemical industry experience highly valued
