Overview:

We are looking for an HR Associate Specialist within our HR Operations Team in Asturias. 

 

This role involves managing key HR processes for the Netherlands/Belgium and EMEA, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Dutch and English, German highly desirable. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for  Netherlands/Belgium and EMEA employees regarding general HR questions
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and supporting the full offboarding life cycle.
  • Own several HR processes for Netherlands and EMEA such as Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
  • Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
  • Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Dutch. German highly desirable.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment preferred.
  • MS Office required.
  • Success Factors, Service Now and Global View, highly desirable.
