We are looking for a Financial Analyst FP&A for our SSC office in Budapest.

Position Summary:

 

  • Creates, forecasts, and analyzes data related to business line performance with special attention to fixed costs.
  • Provides support to business finance / plant personnel, and the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department by performing financial analysis on ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, consolidate, reconcile and review management reports and financial information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Report and analyze Fixed Cost spending / plant related spending.
  • Month-end close analytics.
  • Manage and update forecasts.
  • Manage and update the variable margin model.
  • Complete transfer price adjustments.
  • Prepare annual budget.
  • P&L level and Cost center level reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests on time in quality.
  • Interact with other finance and accounting personnel throughout the organization.
  • Fully proficient with the daily activities of their assignment with minimal support and guidance from their supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent is required.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting at a multinational company.
  • Good spoken and written English, another language is an advantage (e.g.: German).
  • Strong software skills - especially in MS Excel and other MS Office products, SAP experience advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
  • Experience in finance and accounting operations an advantage.
  • Detail oriented and analytical attitude.
  • Strong customer focus.
