HR Shared Services Operations with Hungarian

Overview:

This role provides consultation, support and policy interpretation to employees, managers and leadership. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own several HR processes for Hungary and other EMEA Countries as needed such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
  • Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
  • Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Hungarian.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.
  • MS Office required.
  • Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.
  • Customer focused attitude, proactivity.
  • Precision, top administration skills.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem solving skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
