This role provides consultation, support and policy interpretation to employees, managers and leadership. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized process.
Responsibilities:
Own several HR processes for Hungary and other EMEA Countries as needed such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.
Qualifications:
Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Hungarian.
1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.
MS Office required.
Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.
Customer focused attitude, proactivity.
Precision, top administration skills.
Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem solving skills.
