Overview:

The Receptionist ensures the smooth daily operations within the office. His/her tasks include performing administrative and operational duties, but also extends to supervising the daytime support staff and assisting in organizing office events.

Responsibilities:

What you will do

 

  • Create a welcoming environment; greet, inform, and direct visitors and employees with a positive, courteous and helpful attitude
  • Deal with queries (in person, phone, e-mail) and provide correct information, address complaints as appropriate
  • Control entry and exit to the garage, ensuring compliance with the Parking Policy
  • Activate/deactivate access, printer cards and keep these databases up-to date
  • Full administration of incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Handle customs clearance of incoming deliveries as applicable
  • File and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Arrange meeting room reservations and assist in catering requests
  • Order kitchen supplies, medicines, vitamins, stationery supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Support the successful execution of site visits, audits, and corporate events
