The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service our teams in the EMEA region.
The talent acquisition coordinator will partner with the recruiter, internal HR, hiring managers and other stakeholders, our Recruitment Outsourcing Partner, agencies, and will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition leader.
The role is located out of our Business Solutions Center (BSC) in Budapest (Hybrid 2-3 days office) .
1. Requisition & Candidate Management
- Guide hiring managers through the position creation process in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS.)
- Post job requisitions on external job boards and update requisition statuses.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Collect candidate information and coordinate related assessments.
2. Pre-employment & Onboarding Support
- Prepare offer details and offer letters.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background & medical verification if needed.
- Ensure smooth workflow from Talent Acquisition to HR Operations.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Review, finalize, and manage service contracts with vendors.
- Set up new vendors and process purchase orders in SAP.
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing.
- Manage candidate travel reimbursement.
4. TA Tools & Administrative Support
- Be the expert of our ATS and internal TA process.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the recruiter and TA lead.
- Actively participate in recruitment projects to enhance productivity and employer branding.
5. Campus Recruitment & Event Coordination
- Support on-site and virtual campus recruitment and university relation activities
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related events.
-Bachelor’s degree
-2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience;
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Fluency in German and English required, as the role supports markets outside Hungary.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across all levels of management.
-High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-initiative.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and share responsibilities.
