Overview:

We are seeking an IT Project Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget and scope. The Advanced Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve project success.

Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

 

  • Manage and drive IT projects following to Celanese Project Management Methodology, Project Management Principles and Best Practices
  • Document project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop Project plans and associated documentation
  • Ensure effective communication across the project team and key stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve conflicts within the team
  • Proactively manage changes
  • Identify potential risks, and develop effective response plans
  • Monitoring and management of internal/external vendors as well as related accounting and billing
  • Plan and execute projects using Waterfall/Agile Methodology 
  • Support/guide/train - intern/junior team members

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant IT Project Management experience in Waterfall/Agile & hybrid methodologies working with global teams
  • Experience and knowledge of Project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • PM/Agile Certification is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools (ADO, ServiceNow, Smartsheet)
