We are looking for a Customer Service Associate with Spanish to join our fantastic team in Budapest.
As a Customer Service Associate you will be the first point of support for the users and will have the opportunity to develop your career working in an international environment.
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
• Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction within Emulsion Polymers business.
• Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate all customer requests within the organisation, effective cooperation with different departments.
• Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances.
• Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints.
