Overview:

We are looking for an HR Associate Specialist within our HR Operations Team in Asturias. 

 

This role provides consultation, support and policy interpratation to employees, managers and leadership. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized process.

Responsibilities:

  • Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxemburg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
  • Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
  • Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Native or Proficient in German.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.
  • MS Office required.
  • Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.
  • Customer focused attitude, proactivity.
  • Precision, top administration skills.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem solving skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
