YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
The Learning&Development Specialist S&OP designs, coordinates and implements tailored to S&OP Professional and Leadership training and development programs based on individual and collective development needs identified by key Stakeholders.
• Uplifts S&OP skillset & Supply Chain Acumen through training concepts: Develop, coordinate and own global S&OP onboarding process:
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Operational Leaders to identify relevant content
- Utilize content development tools to create content for traditional instructor-led courses, on demand courses, and blended learning programs
- Cross-functional collaboration and delivery of training material, across relevant other functions like eg Sales Enablement, BL, ...
• Enhance existing S&OP training concepts:
- Redesign courses for online presentation that are conducive to remote learning.
- Analyze, update and refine existing training materials.
- Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delviery options for the course and adoption/ability to absorb overall content by users.
- Create training support content such as quick reference guides, cheat sheet, knowlegde checks, learner activities and course assessments.
- Addresses changes and feedback to content in a timely manner.
- Responsible for S&OP LMS training management.
- Lead S&OP Training Programs, guidance and sign off for S&OP training & supporting materials.
- Is Gatekeeper and Coordinates S&OP training initiatives and communications incl. prioritization in alignment with leadership team.
- Manages Stakeholder/audience list.
- Enhance and manage Citizen/SuperUser programs.
- Collaborates with HR on general training concepts & onboarding.
- Active contributor in program for Supply Chain Compentencies creation and roll-out.
- Participates in S&OP projects and ensures tailored training content for audience.
- PMO Project Management Lead for S&OP Learning & Development, oversees and manage L&D training refresh calendar, process master & library, ensures audit documentation and audit support.
- SAP Security Role Approver & Segregation of Duties (SOD) Risk owner.
